Refund Policy

When you place an order on angelasloan.co.uk, you have a right to return any item(s), provided you return them with 14 days of receiving your order.

Goods must be returned in their original condition with all garment tags attached in the branded packaging provided. This is also to ensure that the item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state.

Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

All return postage costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty) and we do not currently offer pre-paid returns.

We recommend that you send item(s) either signed for or recorded delivery, so the item can be tracked. angelasloan.co.uk will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of posting from your Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting, or have not followed the recommended returns instructions.

If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact info@angelasloan.co.uk as soon as possible.

Please note that as permitted by law, the maximum refund on delivery cost will be the the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of goods within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the goods delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.
